"Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13:13 The Greek in this passage is "agape" meaning "affection." In the King James Version, it reads as "charity." In the New Living Translation, it reads as "love." The LORD asks us to have affection for each other, not just "agapao," which is to love in a social or moral sense.

Hi Deborah,
I really enjoyed the comments of yourself, John MacArthur, and Tony Evans--and look forward to more.
I do believe so much of what Tony Evans says--we must really give the Lord our whole being in our cry for breakthrough! Sometimes we cry for a breakthrough, but we are not willing to go through the breaking. Truly your whole blog site is wonderful and a real encouragement! Blessings and Shalom
